When the Pfister Family Trust first purchased the property in 2019, it was presented as a livable situation.  Nevertheless, once we viewed the property and had an engineer check the well and septic system, it was obvious that the building was uninhabitable, and would have to be torn down.  Also, on checking the well system (which had not been used for twenty years), it was found that the well pump has stopped functioning.  Also, the septic field had been compromised by water flow from rain, and the septic tanks were old.  They would not be adequate for a full house of resident mentees and office personnel.  So the well pump would have to be replaced, piping to the new building provided, and the septic system replaced.
