This project involves funding for the architectural drawings and building permits required for constructing a two story office and residential building at 81 MAP.  We envision it to including not only an office space and one large family room, with a wood stove and kitchen facilities on the first floor, but also enough space for at least four separate rooms where bedrooms can be created on the second floor.  It would have a deck on the north side of the building outside the first floor, and an attic where storage space would be provided above the second floor.
