We need to have an excavator come to build up the road access to our Koinonia Library Hall, so that visitors with vehicles could drive up to the library building and even go behind it to park their vehicles.  Currently there is no stable road or pavement for such a provision.  It would need to be made so that the extreme weather during the winter will not destroy the surface, but it can be a stable means of access during all periods of the year.
