Construction of a Chinese-Style Viewing Point
The Pfister Family Trust has purchased an acre plot in 2019 which is located directly west of their homestead at 105 Mountain Aster Place. Currently there is an uninhabitable building on the site, with a well system where the well pump has become dysfunctional, and the old septic system has been compromised and is unusable. On that property, there is a highpoint with a rock outcropping where we envision that a Chinese-style overlook could be constructed, viewing about 100 degrees of the peaks along the continental divide of the Rocky Mountains on the Eastern side of the Colorado Rockies. It would be roofed and have a walking surface made of suitable materials, so that it could be used at all times of the year.
